Keep a binder or notebook of notes from the textbook, PAK, seminars, and other sources.

	How many notes are required?  Enough to cover the important topics from the PAK.
	Notes must be handwritten or originally composed on the computer.  Each student must turn in their own notes.  No duplicate notes are allowed!
